 ARTISTE PROFILE

The talented Afro POP and R&B singer hailed from Esan West Local Government Area of Edo State whose real name is AKHIMIEN DIAMOND DAVID; born in Delta State Warri, Nigeria.
He is 6ft tall, the singer achieved some part of his secondary Education at Saint Finbarrs College Akoka, Bariga, Lagos and Loyola secondary school Benin City. A student of Olabisi Onabanjo University and also has a diploma in desktop publishing and computer graphics.

The Afro POP Diamond David is not just a Musician but also a Talented person in varies of ART combined to his Music, such as art sketching, paintings and Computer Graphics. Which gave him great privilege to Design most of his artworks cover, posters, Logos himself, The singer has also designed artworks for likes of Dj Xclusive, Shiikane, Egist Ent, Jhybo, Late: Cynthiamana, Tony Tetuila, Bokeista, Felabration etc.

Diamond David Started singing since 2005 which bagged him winner of GeT Talent hunt 2009 competition. In 2010 he came up with a love song single and the video titled “I need you” and in 2012 he released a club banger titled “O ni fe te” in 2015 he released another club banger  titled “Give Me Dat” which enjoyed so much airwaves and social medias. However He has unique styles in his Music. He’s been performing at lot of major events such as:  Best Afro Hip Hop Concert in Nigeria – Felabration 2012, Sony Ericsson Campus Storm (Planet One), Indomie Noodles 120kg pack Launch, (Unilag Auditorium), The Lagos State Beach Festival, (takwa bay beach), Lola Shon fashion Fusion (phase ii coconut groove & iii), Koffi & Owen Gee Album Launch (Abinibility / Two Black Birds), Brim O Album Launch titled (brim Stone), Young Ambassador for World Peace Family & Award, Top Celebrity Achievers Award, First weekly Magazine Awards 2011, Bukky Wright Years On Stage Anniversary, Classic Africa Merit Awards 2012, Mc Danni B Bash Basement Season 3,  Nigerian Model Achievers Awards (NMAA), Colour Blocking Invasion with Mc Danni B, Global News magazine Awards 2013 and in 2015 he was nominated on the TOPNAIJA MUSIC AWARDS with his debut single title GIVE ME DAT which he won the category of BEST AFRO POP SINGLE and in 2016 we was nominated into two categories on GBEDU AWARDS, versatile artistes of the year and best artiste of the year.

Currently the Afro Pop singer has released a new song which he titled “Blessings” which is set to enjoy airwaves and will be available on your favorite blogs nationwide.
